1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to follow our return process.
2. Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the product.
- Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Returns
- Return Eligibility: Only items that are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Return Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Window: Returns must be requested and shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
