Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. Policy Details:

No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases made on Nutflick are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for our products.

Refunds
Refunds are not available unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
To report any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a description of the problem along with a photo of the product.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products
While we take utmost care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must report it to us immediately upon receipt.
Any issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for consideration.

Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods such as dry fruits and nuts that have been opened or tampered with.
Products on sale, promotional items, or gift cards.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if requested within 24 hours of placement or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
