1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel an order, customers must call Nutflick Support at 8437661855.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to follow our return process.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the product.
  • Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Returns

  • Return Eligibility: Only items that are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Return Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Window: Returns must be requested and shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods, including dry fruits that have been opened or tampered with.
  • Items on final sale or clearance.
